At Versatil Beauty & Barbershop, we work with high standards of quality and professionalism. Due to the nature of our beauty and barber services, we do not offer refunds on services already performed.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any service you received, please inform us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess the situation and offer a possible correction at no additional cost.

Deposits and Appointments

Los depósitos realizados para reservar citas no son reembolsables.
En caso de cancelación con al menos 24 horas de anticipación, el depósito podrá aplicarse a una futura cita.

Unopened products in their original packaging may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase, upon presentation of the receipt.
